In 2018, Congress passed the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (Farm Bill), which was then signed into law at the end of the year. In 2019, the bill went into effect, legalizing the hemp plant federally.

Microdosing is recommended for beginners as the effcts of hemp can be achieved at doses lower than a single serving amount. With any injestible product it is advised that you start off with a minimal amount to see how your body reacts and increase as needed.
